So Chicago was awesome. God I love that city! If I was willing to move away from my entire family, that is one of the places I would love to go. Christel and her aunt Wendy went with us, that was Christels first time going and she had loved it. We went shopping, my mom and I walked about 25 miles when all was said and done, found on the apartments where Oprah lives..lol..just did everything we could fit in. I dont think my mom and I will be waiting until next August to go again..lol On Sunday night my mom and I were walking down Michigan Ave and I looked at a lady right in the eyes and I stopped and said "THATS THE LADY FROM ER!" It was that head doctor, Carrie I think her name is, the one with the leg problems and has that brace on the show. Anyway so my mom and I turned around and followed her..HAHA I wanted to make sure it was her!! So that was pretty cool.
Anyway..All of my weekends for the next month are going to be busy. This weekend my brother and sis-in-law are going to be getting the vows confirmed by the Catholic Church, Sunday I think Me, Greg, Kim, Kali, and maybe Kali's man Will are going to BBQ at Metro Beach, then the Renaissance Festival, a family get together, Gregs family reunion..just a bunch of stuff.
On top of all that, Greg and I have got to get our butts moving on a hall. I have a feeling its going to be a headache trying to coordinate the church with a hall trying to avoid Saturday Mass Services at the church.
