A lot of programs I like have ended or been cancelled. It will be the last season for Republic of Doyle, and The Listener ended a few months ago. I am going to be picking up a few new shows if they're good (Strange Empire, Fresh Off the Boat, The Last Man on Earth, Method, and Opium) but not very many.

Monday
-The Blacklist (Sept. 22)
-Sleepy Hollow (Sept. 22)
-Strange Empire (Oct. 6)

Tuesday
-Supernatural (Oct. 7)

Wednesday
-Modern Family (Sept. 24)
-PBS Nature : A Spy in the Huddle (Sept. 24)
-American Horror Story : Freak Show (Oct. 8)
-Republic of Doyle (Oct. 15)
-Saving Hope (premiere: Monday, Sept. 22)

Saturday
-Angry Birds : Stella (Nov. 1)
-Blackstone (Nov. 11) *

Sunday
-Outlander
-Resurrection (Sept. 28)
-The Walking Dead (Oct. 12)
-Angry Birds (Oct. 19)
-The Polar Sea (Dec. 1)
-The Librarians

To be announced
-Crossing Lines
-Fresh off the Boat
-Pirate's Passage

* Blackstone airs on Tuesday but I can't watch it, as it's on at the same time as Supernatural. I'm catching the repeat on Saturday.

Another dead in the water Kickstarter I funded: Moon Rift by Sam Hutcher

My Kickscammed.com post about it

This one had very few red flags. Hutcher had a pitch video and kept in constant update about the project until the end of October 2013. I'm out only $10. I'm grateful I forgot about upgrading my pledge for the soundtrack. The whole principle of it is awful. At the very least, Hutcher could have apologised and admit the project failed. I feel so badly for the people who pledged a lot of money, as seen in comments.

I think another one pledged to, which will remain unnamed until I find out more info, may not be going too well either. I'm still going to back projects but will be more careful.

caveat emptor, tv
