Will be breaking out the #bpal Seven Deadly Sins perfumes in honour of this occasion.

I. WireTap is running a special series on the Seven Deadly Sins. They are starting off with "Gluttony".
As usual, the podcasts are downloadable here.

II. I've found beautiful music via CBC Radio's The Sunday Edition:
Vincent Ho has composed music based on various unexpected inspirations including the Arctic after spending time on a research vessel and Edward Hopper's Nighthawks painting.
Interview and music is in part 3 and begins at around 22:00

22 year old Steven Tsitsos writes spaghetti western influenced classical music
In part 3 and begins at 23:00

Which TV shows did you start watching in 2011?
Detroit 187, Endgame, Breaking In, Blackstone, The Playboy Club.
After catching up during holiday break, Republic of Doyle in the new year.

Which TV shows did you let go of in 2011?
none.

Which TV shows did you mean to get into but didn't in 2011?
Living in Your Car, American Horror Story, Breaking Bad, Puppets Who Kill

Which TV shows do you intend on checking out in 2012?
Definitely Living in Your Car and American Horror Story. Maybe the last two from the above if I have time. I'm trying to catch up on currently running, easily obtainable shows which don't have a lot of episodes in the queue.
Also The Borgias for David Alpay. *swoons*
Edit: And Arctic Air! It looks very good and I can't believe I forgot to add it in!

Which TV show impressed you least in 2011?
The Listener. I once dreamed Marc Hudson joined the cast. After seeing the last few episodes, this could only an improvement to the show (despite Marc having no acting experience) and I wouldn't put it past them.

Finished watching the last season and... I'm not sure what I just saw. For all of it. Not to give away a lot of details, but it seemed like they were randomly adding things in throughout the entire season. Points which were important in season one were pushed to the back or not brought up again in season two, and major characters were not seen nor mentioned again or were, with various explanations, taken out of the plot.

With what I've learned about this show from Tv-Eh? (Canadian TV podcasts and blog), The Listener went through some issues and they did do the best they could with what they were given. I still found it... lacking compared to season one, honestly.

On the upside, the actors and crew are doing an excellent job with the material, and I applaud the casting choices.

Which TV show do you think you might let go of in 2012 unless things significantly improve?
none. I'm with all my current shows until the bitter end.

Which TV shows do you think you'll never let go of no matter how crappy they get?
Gossip Girl, Republic of Doyle, The Listener, The Walking Dead, and Little Mosque on the Prairie

For G.G. and Little Mosque, I've been watching them for far too long to give up and, for the latter especially, have become emotionally invested in and far too familiar with the characters to let them go. Although, I'll have to let go for Little Mosque as it's ending with this season. :(

I also love my horror and Cancon and feel an obligation to support both. :)

IV. Speaking of television, the American Horror Story house is for sale!

It is gorgeous... and in L.A.! *brainstorms* If I won the lotto, I could date Fran Kranz and move in there. :p Although, on second thought, I wouldn't been too keen on the high possibility sightseers and fans would constantly stop by the mansion. I like my privacy.

V. I look forward to getting home and relaxing. My choice to consume H.K. milk tea at 8 P.M. resulted in my getting less than five hours of sleep. It's also been a stressful day.

Edit: Fixed the WireTap download link and added one more show to my 2012 "to watch" list.
