Mum's Day weekend
Hullo!
Well I still seem to be moving a mile a minute, but at least i haven't hit a wall yet. =D I spent Saturday stripping furniture from 10 am to 7 pm, and only got about half finished. I then proceeded to collapse on the couch for the rest of the evening. Sunday I was pretty much incapacitated from using muscles i never knew i had. After church and lunch (which i made with the help of B because opening jars and sundry sealed containers was quite beyond me). We had jumbo shrimp scampi on thin spaghetti. I then collapsed for the rest of the afternoon.
I watched a silent movie last night. Charlie Chaplin's "The Circus". The more i see his work, the more convinced i am that the man was a genius. It's a charming little film and still quite funny. It's too bad he had such a miserable personal life.
I found something neat today. www.google.com/trends is a neat little tool on google that lets you see what people are searching for all over the word and in what language. You can also compare trends. It's pretty nifty.
