I am so glad that I will never have to be in middle school again - hopefully never as a student - and never as a teacher. The past two weeks have been long and boring and I feel awful for most of the students I observed in these classes. I cannot imagine myself as a teacher of such monotony - it will not do. Thank goodness it is all over tomorrow and I'll be free to go back to classes and move on to teaching high school, hopefully in a place where there is a feeling of energy and motivation. Hopefully not middle school, at least not this one.
