The thing about having a crew of mutes is that no one could sound the alarm when Asha and her men boarded the Silence with swords drawn.
They didn’t resist much. Euron did little to inspire loyalty in his crews. Cries of “Euron King” and “Victarion King” still competed on Nagga’s Hill while Asha commandeered the best of both her uncles’ ships. She appointed captains from her men and promised the thralls a brighter future.
“Set course for Slaver’s Bay,” Asha ordered as Old Wyk shrank behind them. “My bride awaits - and she needs ships to bring her army home.”
I had actually entertained hopes of something like this happening before ADWD came out. I think Asha would be way more successful with Dany than Victarion has any hope of being. Same goes for the Martells. Arianne would have made a much better ambassador than poor Quentyn. Dragons & Unsullied + the Iron Fleet + Dornish armies = WESTEROS PWNED.
