does the movie tagging apply to the movies that i specifically own? or to the collection that is shared together on the shelf in the apartment? because some of those are brad's although i suppose that makes them partly mine. but i'm still just going to do the ones that i bought/were gifts to me because he has too many and i haven't even seen some of them.
mulan - a lot of things....seeing it with mia ages ago specifically. and mine is from china, which is exciting. one of my favs.
the breakfast club - my parents actually since they were the ones that bought it for me. another favorite
garden state - brad. for countless reasons. add it to the favorites
all three extended lord of the rings - tucson and driving to the el con mall, the location of which i am still unsure. also these are the first movies i bought tickets to early so i could see them on opening day.
his and her circumstances, part i - kevin and him coming over to watch it with me and then giving me his copy when i left for bc
eternal sunshine of the spotless mind - kaitie (a girl at bc) and how simultaneously, in the theatre, we both realized what was actually going on and figured it out
i <3 huckabees - my dad and brad. dad told me it was a movie that i would love. and i watched it for the first time with brad
toy story 1 and 2 - first dvd i actually owned, a gift from my parents and when i opened it i tried to rip the plastic part off....yup i'm an idiot
the "music man" - my dad because he and i watched it for the first time when my mom and sister were out of town and we made a huge dinner (random good memory of my dad)
love actually - my mom and my sister and watching the part where hugh grant does the dance thing on a loop over and over and over and over again
a knight's tale - my sister and how we saw it and loved the soundtrack and the movie so decided to buy each other one of them for christmas (i.e. i got her the soundtrack and she bought me the movie) and we looped the dance part over and over and made my dad watch it 80 bajillion times
good will hunting - boston. a gift right before i left from a guy i worked with at coldstone since "every bostonian should own this movie" (he also bought me a red sox hat for the same reason)
finding nemo - seeing it in the theatre where it was only matt, david, and i and i laughed the entire time while they both thought it was a stupid kids movie. (yet another red flag) now it reminds me of brad... (smile)
crouching tiger hidden dragon - this movie is beautiful and my entire family hates it, so i brought it with me when i left. i love it.
wow all of my movies remind me of my family.
a real update, on the way, i swear.
