so. i kinda hate the people at the twelve oaks williams-sonoma. they treated me like some dumb kid. looked at me like i was stupid. and talked down to me. i asked for cake rings. the lady just said 'what? what's a cake ring? i've worked at a bakery for 25 years and have never heard of that. what are you talking about? a cake ring? you mean pan?' no dumbass. a cake ring. goole it. it's a real thing.
