i have determined that... my work is 4 hours of controled chaos... 2 hours of extreme frustration filled with heads hitting walls and headaches and 2 hours of complete and mind numbing bordome because almost noone calls after 8:30....

lol

for all of that.. its easy :) and seriously is giving me plenty of time to read!!
