happy birthday America.. you made it another year, and heres to an infinite more..
i have not been able to sleep... i take that back.. i havnt even tried to sleep since i woke up at 8pm for work sunday night. lol..
sunday was quiet.. took the kitten to the vet afterwords and hes so much better, got him a shot for distemper. need to schedule the third one for 3 weeks.. see what happens from there...
after that went to johnny carino's for breakfast lol, they messed it up so badly they gave it to me for free, then had lunch later with melody.. that went ok actually lol... she wanted to go to an occult shop so looked some up online.. lol.. found one who stayed open till 8 and decided to go to it.. so we did... only one problem.. noone ever thought to check that the place wasnt actually out of business!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!! so we end up at a mall near it.. dont ask me why.. maybe because of her looing at rings... i ended up getting a gorgoues white gold amethyst bracelet from kay's jewlers.. i coulda/shoulda paid cash for it, but they actually gave me a creditcard.. omg.. anyways melody cant figure out how to get home from where we are.. im like ok, i know exactly how to get home.. go south on 35 and then well go east from there.. only probem was... I THOUGHT WE WERE ON 35 WEST for some reason lol.. so as time goes on im like umm.. why arent we seeing signs for fort worth, why dallas and lewisville.. my mind is completly flipping out.. then finally we hit lewisville and im like what the hell, i know exactly where we are... lol.. and it was easy getting home from there... had dinner at ihop with her dustin and stephanie at about midnight.. ack the mess they made of that!!! they gave it to us for free... lol yays.. just came up and talked all hours of the night afterwords... dustin and melody go inside and me and steph are left there waiting for the sun to rise.. only it doesent cause of the clouds lol.. and so she heads home..
i go inside and dustin is already in bed, melody is coloring one of her extremly intricate wall posters.. im like you know, normally i dont.. but... and tell her how my sister ended up causing us to have a tradition of icecream for breakfast on the 4th so we went out for some at dairy queen... we talked about me helping her get a sewing machine thats woring and then /she/ will be my seamstress as she knows what shes doing.. yays!!
after that she went off to bed and me... i dunno, a long bath and now im here... and soon everyone wakes up. they plan on continueing their search today, this time actually calling ahead to learn if it still exists/actually open today... then fireworks tonight, but more than likely i will have to leave before the fireworks so i wont get to sleep till after i get off work at 7:30am wedesday..
