Post-thanksgiving

Whee, back from Thanksgiving -- two days off of school -- and the annual game where Georgia Tech loses to their big in-state rival Georgia for the sixth year in a row. I was hoping they could win once before I graduated, but oh well.

I got rejected by the first of the companies I interviewed at, Texas Instruments, who said I was a strong candidate but sounded more interested in software so they'd send my resume to that part of the company. Or something. Of course, you never know if people are telling the truth about such things. Consider my former manager, on informing me I wouldn't be getting another internship. He said something like "...there won't be a position for you in [bla] group. Or in [company]." When of course, after I pressed him, he admitted there -would- be positions. It's just that they/he/his group didn't want me in one. :P

I really hope I get an offer or two. :(

I hope everyone's doing well. Thanksgiving was pretty good, and I may write more about it later.
