Almost all of my posts recently are about my lack of employment and more recently, about my recent employment. There just isn't too much else going on in my life. Or actaully, the employment situation is just really important.

Overall, I'm happy. Anxious still, but much calmer than this Summer. Which I am very sad is over, by the way, but I'm enjoying the beauty of the Fall. Our parking lot is COVERED in leaves, and I love it. It feels fresh. I'm not really looking forward to the cold of Winter though.

We're gonna have Thanksgiving at our place the Saturday after Thanksgiving. It's pretty exciting, but, we have a damn bed in our dining room and anytime we want to host dinner it's a pain in the ass to move it.

Life with David is pretty excellent. We're still madly in love and all that great stuff. Our apartment is a mess, and that's annoying, but otherwise everything's the same. He still works from home in his boxers most days, and I still cook a lot. (Although, he has been helping me cook more often and even cooks for me sometimes!)

His birthday is this Sunday. We're planning on going to NYC. We're both super excited.

Teaching is awesome. It takes forever to prepare for class, but it's kind of like studying or doing homework, which I've always found pleasure in. And once I'm in there I love the interaction. I get a sense of confidence that I don't normally have, and the public speaking practice is priceless. Plus, I'm learning a lot of nutrition!

Tonight in class I'm planning on giving out my Halloween candy and other snacks (apples and crackers), and then doing the Zinc Challenge. Basically, you drink zinc and if you can't taste it then you are deficient.

I'm becoming increasingly more disappointed with Heroes, but I'm still crazy about 90210.

Last night we made pizza. Tomato sauce and pesto swirl on an herb crust (crust from TJ's). Toppings included a little shredded mozerella, fresh mozzerella, fresh spinach, mushrooms, anchovies, spicy chicken sausage, goat cheese, and pine nuts. It was perfect.
