My heart is jumping like a crazy thing right now, you guys !!! I hopped over to OWL and 3 of my pieces are nominated !!!! Excuse me while I squeeeeeee like an idiot !!! I'm about to leave the States for a week on Saturday and I don't know if I'll even be able to get internet !!! I'm going to sound like Sally Fields at the Oscars but "they like me, they really like me." and it really is a major freakin' amazing incredible honor to be nominated !!! Hold good thoughts, Ok? If I actually win something, I think I'll pee..... or maybe that's just a fifty something bladder..... ok, breathing now.... calm...... control yourself, Moira, and stop acting like the insufferable know-it-all.
Did anyone catch that great little flash that's up right now on Deviant Art - a very well conceived rendering of Snape and of course there's the line - all about the insufferable etc etc etc...... flawlessly delivered of course by the Voice (the Alan that is....)
When I get back I'm going to have the fun of telling the most interesting tales about my trip I hope - and I do promise no horrid long slide shows (remember those aunts and uncles who used to make us sit through their slides for endless hours...... arghhhhhhh......)
Well, I do have one more day in the Salt Mines tomororw (or I guess that would actually be today - since it's now 1:30 am on Friday) so should toddle off to bed...... still giddy though, can't help it. Feeling very blessed and highly favored by the Goddess at the moment......
