Well, I can definitely understand now why so many people are going vegetarian.  I've only been eating meat every couple of days, and eating large amounts of vegetables and fruits all the time.  Also, I've been running regularly.  I can't believe how great I feel.  Now I just have to keep it up.  I'll lose weight and get back down to my target weight and get back into shape quickly :-D  155 pounds tonight, 140 again by summer's end?  Maybe.
