Great Dragon...

I've been thinking of something that was discussed some time ago...particularly of the transition between our own worlds and this one. People have come and gone from this world, but most of them lack the memory of having been here before.

This disturbs me greatly, the idea of losing the memories we gain in this world. I need to return to Magvel as soon as possible to fulfill my duty, but I'd not want to forget my time here. I had believed that my experience here would make me stronger, so that I may be better prepared to face what awaits me in my own world. But if we lose these memories, will our existence here be meaningless? The friends we've made, the knowledge we've learned, any strength we've found will be for naught. On the other hand, could it be different for different people? Are there any who were able to recall their time here upon returning to their own world?

The experiences throughout one's life, both good and bad, determine how we develop as individuals. To lose all of that is just...

[He trails off, as he ponders a word to describe the feeling of losing memories. Yet all he can draw is a blank...]

[Sometime later, after he recovers from his DP removal aftereffects, Saleh heads to the Battle Dome. He sets up the simplest scenario; a wide grassy field, with a slow-moving rotted zombie as his sole opponent. Saleh stands a good distance from the enemy with his Divine tome in hand. He casts his spell; a ball of light fires up from where he stands, dropping down on the creature. The zombie is instantly killed by the attack. Satisfied that his light magic ability has been restored, Saleh ends the scenario and leaves the simulation room.]

[It'll be easy to catch him going to or from the Battle Dome.]
