A delectable and soft bite of healthy snack!
Shu Mai aka Siao Mai
Ingredients:
Filling:
- pepper, salt, sugar
- sesame oil
- palm oil
- carrot
- fish sauce
- mince chicken
- mince prawn
- starch flour
- eggs
- garlic
- ginger
- soy sauce
Wrapper:
- High Protein Wheat Flour
- salt
- oil
- starch flour
- Chicken powder (Royco, Knorr)
- Eggs
- Water
How to Make:
1. Wrapper
- Mix wheat flour, starch flour, eggs, salt, chicken powder, oil
- add enough water until it's finely mixed
- put it plastic, wrap it up and save for 20 minutes
- After that, flattened the wrapper with manual grinder. :)
2. Filling
- Mixed all become one...
3. Shu Mai
- Take the wrapper, put the filling as wishes, pinch and stick circularly until it's in good shape of Shu Mai
4. Cook in Steam stove for 15-20 minutes.
VOILA!
