Yah, yah, seemingly at random, I am writing in my LJ. For the first time in, um... A couple months, I think. Yeah. Something like that.
Anyway. Right now I'm sitting in the Multimedia lab, waiting for my 3D final project to finish rendering. After this, Maxwell is giving me a ride home on the motorcycle. Happiness there. Then when I'm at home, working on my Flash project and grading programming assignments. Hopefully at some point tonight I will get some sleep. Mmm, sleep...
Ah, yes, Maxwell! I don't remember if I've mentioned him or not. Met my first quarter here, because he was in my first programming class. He's a top-notch programmer, one of the very best of the seniors that I know now. Anyways, he and I got to be friends, and now we're roommates. Shock! End of December I moved out of my one-bedroom apartment into a three-bedroom house with Maxwell and Nikki. Nikki had a lot of stuff she was worrying about, so she ended up moving out in February. Abruptly, and without any forewarning. So, the money stuffs have been a bit tight unexpectedly. But, getting by.
Been an uber-stressful quarter for me! Three of my four serious classes are project-based, which means a ton of hours. I'm getting by, though... Almost done, almost done...
I try to go running at least once a week, for the sake of my sanity. And I've been improving! I know it'll sound pathetic compared to people who run a lot, but on Friday I ran for a mile and a half around the track before I stopped to walk a lap, then ran another half mile. The first mile and a half took me 14 minutes. So slow... ;_; But I am improving, so that's good. Hopefully next quarter I'll be able to run more often...
Anyway. Almost done rendering, so I'll be heading home soon. Maybe I'll write again sometime. ^^;
