My body's so traitorous; always in the wake of a hundred million and one things I've been assigned to do, it decides to die on me. In this case, by springing a random fever on me. Whaaat a pleasant surprise. I don't even want to count the number of days I've missed school now... it's like, pretty absurd.
Oh, and I haven't mentioned how disgusting it is the amount I can sleep. I literally slept the entire few days away. The only few times I actually resurfaced were to go out yesterday with H, S and Z (and even then it was pathetically brief) and to venture into the kitchen for food? I'm such a sloth, srsly, I won't be surprised if I start sprouting out in mildew and fungi and mushrooms all over. ): I'm so gross.

I hung up on Huiyi while she was still talking (we were like simultaneously talking on MSN and on the phone). ... okay what the shit. During dinner because everything was tasting weird to me, I remarked in a super deadpan manner, "Maybe I'm pregnant." (I don't even think it's a symptom of pregnancy but whatever la hahaha.) AND MY MOM TOOK IT SO SERIOUSLY, she like was staring at me with her eyes bulging and she looked terrified. My sister and I exchanged glances, and I asked if it wasn't obvious I was joking. Then my mom got all flustered and said maybe I was just testing the waters (WTF), and you never know about these things (WTF x 2), and tried to cover her blunder by laughing unnaturally and my sister and I just gaped at her the whole while. !?!?!?
