A friend passed this link along to me. Pasdar busted for a DUI. Reading that he refused to take the breathalyzer and just sat in jail made my CSI/Law and Order mind go, "Well maybe he was trying to avoid leaving a paper trail of hard evidence that he was drunk so he can contest it later..."
