#66 - 2015 Icon Progression Post
I really grew as an iconer this year. I started an icon community, a_big_adventure with some other awesome iconers and attempted to participate more (eh, well due to RL that didn't happen much). I was also accepted into thetenthgate (!!!) and got to icon more! I experimented a lot with text, gifs, and vibrant colors. Overall, I am really happy with this year!
So I didn't make any posts in January that were of new icons. Okay, well I guess I was still too excited about 2014! In fact I only made nine icons in January :( BUT THE GIFS. Those were pretty great to work with!

This month was THE BEST. I participated in a bunch of icon battles and got prepared for the Disney Battle over at icontalking VERY exiting stuff!

Really great month. I absolutely loved hosting more of the Disney Battle and my Sherlock icons were definitely one of my better sets this year!
M A R C H
Wowww. April was a great iconing month too! I made a great set for the7days, made some cool Hook icons and participated in a challenge over at inspired20in20, which is one of my most fav. comms!
A P R I L
BEST MONTH THIS YEAR!!! My Hook icon set for character20n20 was just sooooooo great (if I do say so myself) and I even won a few awards for that set!!!! And I also really liked my the7days set, which was very different.
M A Y
This was a very vibrant month! My incomplete batch of icons for character20n20 featured Leslie Knope and I just couldn't help make those icons super bright and bubbly! But not finishing that set was a bit of a let down though!
J U N E
I started to make some icons for an icon battle this month which helped justify my umpeenth re-watch of White Collar! I also played around with some gradients again, which led to some interesting results!

This month was just so pitiful. Two icons. But it makes sense; school had just started too. And wow, that second icon really sucks!
A U G U S T
There was a lot of vibrant color this month! I finally got the chance to icon some House M.D. over at thetenthgate's activity and actually participated in an elite-inspired activity too.
S E P T E M B E R
Lots of pretty icons this month, if I say so myself. I made an icon set for character20n20, won some awards there, and also made some icons for fun.
O C T O B E R
This was a fun iconing month! I finally finished some icon requests that were made wayyyy back in May and felt VERY accomplished. Also, there was a lot of blue this month!
N O V E M B E R
These were the only four icons I made this month! They were part of an icon exchange at a_big_adventure! With the holidays and everything, iconing took a bit of a backseat :(
