I am le returned!

I had a dream about a tower with two children (siblings, maybe twins, boy and girl; they remind me of Johan and Nina), a threatening man, and the ghost of a little boy. I have an image of the twins standing in a lit doorway at the bottom of a stairwell; I believe they had just arrived. The ghost was controlled by and afraid of the man, but seemed to want to show me something, although he was silent. It was very dark inside. In a later dream that involved wandering a mall with Duncan's fictitious sister and twin brother (who hit on me while we were riding a bus, which was very creepy), the tower showed up again, except this time, I was apparently on drugs, as it devolved into this intense visual hallucination, coloured pink and yellow, mainly, although I'm pretty sure there was some green in there, and ending in an intricate heart-shaped design. I remember looking back at everyone else to ask if they saw it, too, but they weren't paying attention.

The tower may be The Tower from the Tree, symbolising rebirth, which would make the dead boy Tiphareth and the threatening man Geburah. The man represents forcefulness, assertiveness, and solidness, and the boy represents mediating, transformative energy. Strong right arm vs. radiating solar plexus. The twins arrive as if an answer. They may represent a route to harmony between the other two characters, especially since they seemed keenly and objectively observant. They remind me of The Lovers, which connect Tiphareth to Netzach, in a line with Geb.--Tiph. "To dream that you are climbing a tower, denotes you quest for spirituality and unconscious ideas that may be surfacing." Huh. The general darkness in the tower could easily represent the subconscious. Of course, if the twins are climbing a stair into my subconscious, where the hell do they come from?

Can't really find anything to explain Duncan's random new siblings (although, again with the twins). Think my brain was just going 'omg people!' Again, given my attitude towards drugs, we have the concept of mediation with the divine. Colours mixed with white can indicate immaturity or innocence in regards to the association with that colour, and, lucky me, it's got the example of pink right here! "...rebirth, freshness and becoming alive," definitely fit with the Tower. Pink and yellow are vibrant, energetic, joyful colours, with an undertone of 'needing to establish (self)'. Additionally, the heart relates back to Tiphareth, never mind obvious associations. Green is Netzach's colour. I was shown a vision at a distance; the experience was private, not shared by the others.

I may come back to this some time...less in the middle of the night.
