What a weird week, there's no structure there, no common thread or theme. This week does though, as I indulge in some serious filmgeek-guilt - which is established after the death of a famous director/actor, in this case Ingmar Bergman, with a realization of a serious lack of knowledge of and familiarity with their work and an attempt to make up for it. Or at least attempting to find the time to do so inbetween coursework & thesis work. I've even taken ontd off my friends list, that's how much I'm trying to keep myself from being distracted. Hah. A birthday later this week and the requisite drinking & dancing celebration (and the necessary recovery time), and the new Harmony Korine film. Today marks exactly ten weeks until my thesis is due.
Also, I got a new haircut and Mum takes every opportunity to tell me how shit it looks. And like, not even in a socially acceptable thinly disguised disregard kind of way.
