I GOT MY LAPTOP BACK, YAY. I also have a load of work to do for ye old university, but I can't be bothered at present. Would prefer to post something here, make some icons, etc.

aka. procrastination, but whatever. I've suddenly got the urge to share a whole bunch of fandom opinions, so here we go :D

Seriously, thank you for being my Glee-conscience. When I start examining it from a social perspective I get really uptight about all the gross gender/race issues, and the continuity problems, and whatnot, but when I watch it for TV crack (i.e. pretty people and music and fun and delight) then I'm just like "whatever, this rules."

Uh I do not ship Kurt/Blaine either. Blaine seems like a full of himself ass (no harm to Darren Criss, who is a gem) and I think Kurt still has a lot of growing up to do before he can be in a functional relationship. However, I love the progression that relationship represents. I know it's really important for gay teens to have representation in the media and I applaud Glee for letting those two be a strong storyline this season.

I love Sam too, though I wish they'd give him more to do. Mind you, I would have enjoyed Quinn being a HBIC on her own this season, but at least Sam isn't as dysfunctional as Puck (although I'm still holding on for Puck/Quinn - FOREVER MY GLEEOTP).

WATCH FRINGE OMG. If anyone deserves that show and it's beauty, it's you. I want to see all of the amazing icons you'd make. It's the best show on TV right now and I won't listen to a soul who tells me otherwise.

I loved The Social Network too, I want it to win everything this awards season (though I still haven't seen True Grit or The King's Speech so maybe my opinion will change). ANDREW GARFIELD!!!

I didn't like Never Let Me Go as much, but Carey, Keira and Andrew are Perfect Co-Stars Always.
