Fall Semester
Holy crap, I'm asking for it. 18 hours. I made out my schedule so I'd make sure I could do it, so I know if I stick to the schedule I'll be good. My only real concerns are that 7 weeks out of the semester I'll only have 3 hours a night to hang out w/ Winter for 4 nights a week, and that my schedule for the whole semester doesn't leave any room for Me time. Scratch that. I'll have I'll have one hour in the morning and one hour in the evenings on saturday. So, 2 hours a week of no school, no being mommy. And that's only if I get up early and go to bed late.
By craming 6 courses in this semester I should be graduating w/ an Associates degree by the end of next summer. Sooner if I'm able to take a class or two during winter term.
This is my current thought I've been playing with about my long term future:
get my degree summer 2006
continue working w/my broker
buy land w/ the money I've saved up or take out a loan
refinance my condo which'll give me about $30,000 to play with
start building my dome home.
then sell my condo
then I should be about even.
All of this should happen w/in a 5 year period.
Then I'll work on my dome rentals
So, by 2010 I'll have my dome home and start working on my rentals.
