Sexual Preference: Straight.
Special abilities: Jason Todd was trained by Batman, though he's not a great detective particularly. He's good with planning, and fighting, and generally with going undetected, but otherwise he's human, and can be outsmarted/outmatched.
Allergies, fears, Achilles heels, and other issues: Allergic to nothing yet, and seems to be pretty fearless (he's prepared to blow himself up at one point.) Mention Batman, anything to do with messing up kids, or hurting anyone he considers part of family (even Bruce or Dick) and he'll be pretty upset.
My character has canon knowledge of:

[ X ] Evolved humans. (People have enhanced strength, telepathy, telekinesis, etc.)

[ X ] Other. Jason has a knowledge of some kinds of magic, especially that concerning the Lazarus Pits that Rha's Al Gul used to resurrect him.
I give other characters in El Dorado permission to:
Injure my character physically...
[ X ] If it’s a minor wound. Minor being punches, shallow cuts, scratches, trips, etc.
[ ] If it’s a serious wound.
[ X ] Only if they have discussed the extent of the injury with me first. Jason can and will get hurt, I just want to know about it first.
[ ] As often as you’d like; they’ll heal immediately.
Invade my character’s mind...
[ ] Through persuasion or some other power of suggestion.
[ ] Via mindreading.
[ ] By manipulating their memories.
[ ] By erasing their memories.
[ X ] Only if they have discussed what they plan to do to my character first.
Enter my character’s suite unannounced...
[ X ] Whenever they want. Pretty much only Dick Grayson and to an extent, Bruce Wayne.

Notes:
I would prefer that my character never be involved in scenes that could include... See below; generally I'm open to anything.
I would prefer a warning if my character is involved in a scene that could include... Rape, extreme and bloody violence, triggery issues such as cutting, incest, etc. I'm fine with most of it! Just want a heads-up.
I have additional information that the other writers should be aware of regarding my character:
Jason was once dead! He also knows the identities of several superheroes, though not as many as Nightwing. He won't be sharing his vigilante activities either.
