I own a scooter of this Indian brand, so I was absolutely DELIGHTED to see that the Bajaj Discover's ad campaign is Harry Potter themed. What makes it even better it that the ad campaign is totally chockful of homoerotic overtones... just like the actual Harry Potter motorcyclists!
Here is the webpage (note the Harry Potter knockoff font!):
http://www.bajajauto.com/discover/index1.htm To see the commercial in all its motorbike-slashy glory, click "download goodies" and then "tv commercial". Jaadoo, by the way, is "Magic".
At least one sequel ad has been made, but I can't find any successors online. This may have something to do with the fact that
WB is suing Bajaj over the amazing coincidental similarities to Harry Potter. Bajaj denies these claims in a very charming way: "The West feels that anyone in a red bikini is Baywatch and any flying boy is Harry Potter. Our concept of Jadoo is unique and we don't believe it's copied from Harry Potter. We feel the claim is exaggerated."
That's right! Their totally-non-Harry Jaadoo character has tension with a totally-non-Sirius motorcyclist, whereas in the Harry Potter books the tension is between Remus and Sirius (and the motorbike).
