soccer season has been completely awesome!
i love these girls.
we have been threw so much together. there is no way any of us could have done it without the entire team!
in my eyes, we broke the records, in coach's eyes, we broke the records, in our school's eyes, we broke the records, in our parent's eyes, we broke the records. if some NJSIAA doesnt think we broke them, well who are they to say? i dont think they were at one of our games. if they did, they would know we had the heart, we had the soul,and we had the determination to get where we wanted to.
how good did it feel to play maple shade that first scrimmage? how many times did we refer back to that game? how bad did we want to play burlington city? were our uniforms not 10pounds by the time the game started? what about september first? does the NJSIAA know what september first means to me? to me september first was the start of our great season. it was our first game, our first win, our first hattrick, the first time we were on the celebration side, the first time we played as a family, and not a team. so screw the NJSIAA. they dont know what they're talking about. fran bell, he doesnt know what he's talking about, mr. nolan, sure as hell doesnt know what he's talking about. us, we know what we're talking about. & we know we made it.
