Ну хоть кто-то же живой, наверное... Короче написал я письмо в Норвежский МИД, что насчёт мотоциклидзе из РФ. Потому что в текстах были непонятки, машины забанили, автобусы от 10 мест не забанили, но они не у всех есть... и вот буквально спустя месяц получил ответочку:

Norwegian sanctions against Russia are governed by the following regulation: forskrift om restriktive tiltak vedrørende handlinger som undergraver eller truer Ukrainas territorielle integritet, suverenitet, uavhengighet og stabilitet («the regulation»). There is no official English translation of the regulation, and we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with an English translation.
The tightening of the import ban in section 17g of the regulation, which you refer to, does not affect import of motorcycles. The import ban is related to the goods listed in Annex XXI, and motorcycles (which fall under HS code 8711) are not listed here. Therefore, you are free to temporarily use your Russian registered motorcycle in Norway.
