Some of my favorite Kafka shorts. You should probably also check out Metamorphosis, The Hunger Artist, and In The Penal Colony. I haven't read any of his novels, so I can't speak for them, but I've read most of his Metamorphosis-and-shorter stuff.
This collection contains all of the short stories, and leaves out only the novels. There's also a good intro by John Updike, but the binding is total crap and your book will split into pieces in no time. Anyway, the stories:
