Shirley: "Ooh. Bright colours are back in. [shows me a picture of a bright, day-glo green and pink t-shirt]"
Me: "...Er."
Boss: "Ooh that'll be nice"
Shirley: "I've got a bright orange and yellow t-shirt"
Me: "What...Together?"
Que laughter in the tone of "Poor fashionably-challenged Annie" laughter. I'll admit the "What...Together?" question was coupled with a disbelieving tone and 'good god no!' face so perhaps I can take the laughter with a grin.
Even though I'm not so sure I was wrong!!
