If I had Olympia to myself for a day, with not a single soul in the entire city...
I would spend the entire time riding my bike around and playing on all the playgrounds and writing and reading. I would control the weather so it would snow when I wanted it to, as well as rain or just have the sun shine down on my antics with blue skies to keep it company. I'd sing at the top of my lungs as I peddled down hills. I would break things. It would be lovely.
