Given the choice between the two of you, I'd pick the sea sick crockidial

Another Christmas has come and gone and all in all it was quite an enjoyable one. There were some minor inconvinionses, but over all it was quite an enjoyable christmas week. Lets see where to start. I shall give the coles notes version of my happinins.

So then, Starting on Monday, Jennifer, Erin Erin and myself gathered together, exchanged gifts and saw santa. We got our picture taken with the jolly old man, and then proceded to see the movie 'the princess and the frog' which I loved so very very much. I've been looking for the soundtrack for it, but for the life of me can't find it anywhere. Oh well. In the gift department, I got a magnent toy from Jennifer and a 20 dollar gift card, and from Erin/Erin, I got the novil 'Atonment' and the Red Cutren trillogy, which includes 'Strickly Ballroom' 'Romeo and Juliet' and 'Moulin Rouge'. I was quite happy with all of those.

On Tuesday I had my eye appointment, but before that I picked up Britt for a bit, and drove her to work, visited my old work, and visited my mom since I had the pop she got on Monday. Then after my eye appoinmtnet I went to Alexei's and the two of us proceded to go to NewMarket for English Candy. YAY! He got me a stalking of Chocolate and The Great Mouse Detective. It was awesome. Then we stopped off at the Gorgain Mall for my Secoret Santa thing for my mother's family. Good times. Then I got back to my dads and he, myself and my brother went to see Avatar. As my dad said, it was the greatest film he's ever seen. So you know it's gotta be good.

Then on Wednesday, I had my dentist apointment, and then I visited with Stepanie. I got an awesome hat that Jayne from Firefly has, and Star Trek the newist movie. So we watched said movie, and then because we're cool like this, we watched both Vantasia and Vantasia 2000. Then after dinner (which we had awesome tocos) we desided we wanted to see a movie since Stephanie's last movie of 2009 could not be 'new moon', we decided to watch 'The Princess and the Frog'. It was even better the second time, and Alexei desided to join us. I also decided that since I've seen 4 movies within this single week, that I'd get a scene card. It's free, and I could be halfway to a free movie! Well that was my Wednesday.

Then Chritmas eve came. My dad, brother and myself did out anual 'mall walk', they went for a steam bath and since I don't care much for that, I was just dropped off and I read. Then when they got back we headed off to the Crock 'n Block for our Christmas Eve Dinner. It was delisious! Then back to my grandmother's plance to open presents, and what awesome presents they were. From Ann I got her old Dr. Who Scarf, along with her old 'Whovian Times' Fanclub magaziens! It was one of the nicest gifts I ever got. I also got 'Mad World' for the wii and 'GTA: China Town Wars' for the DS from my brother. From my 'Grandmother' (and by grandmother, I mean my father who baught my gift from my grandmother) I got the DVD Concert that Roger Waters did after the Berlin Wall came down.

From my dad I got the Genesis Boxset of Studio Albums from 1970-1975. It's kind of humoris since I asked for the Live Boxset and knowing my father and his knack for screwing these thing up, I doube assured him which one to get, and he even double assured me the live one was the one he was getting. Well I had a Christmas Suprise to find this boxset as my gift, since I already have all the albums in the boxset. BUT! Not all is lost, in fact this might be one of my dad's greatest mistakes. Why? Because they re-mastered all the albums in 5.1 seround sound, so all the tracks are BEAUTIFUL! I listened to it yesterday, and honisly, it's like listining to all these albums for the first time. They are all so beautiful, and not so 'compresed' as the albums I have. So although I was slightly saddened that I didn't get the Live boxset that I asked for, I was more than enough suprised and awe struck when I was lisining to the clarity these new albums have.

Then my brother and I went back to my dads place and watched 'Inglorious Basterds' since he got that from my 'grandmother'. I love that movie. And as is my tradition, I watched 'A Nightmare Before Christmas'. Then It was off to bed in waits for Santa.

Then Christmas day came. I headed over to my mothers and we opened gifts there. It was kinda hard being there with Crazy McCrazy being there, but as is Chrstmas....so I got the eighth season of Scrubs, The Rescuers Downunder (which Nick thought was set in Africa, and I said "it's the Rescuers...DOWNUNDER" to which he replyed "Yeah, Africa" "DOWN....UNDER" "yeah....Africa" "DOWN...........UNDER!!!" the kid is stunned as me arse), Bambi, and the new Marrio Brothers for the Wii. Not to mention the usual stolking stuffers. What was awesome was the fact that my brother got snow shoes, even though I said I didn't want them and he was kinda shafted with them, even though all he had to do was reply to the e-mail my mother sent out, which aparintly he didn't get, but he did he was just too lazy. Then we drove down to Toronto to meet up with the family. That's a mistake I'll never make again: shairing a car ride with Myron. By the end of the trip down to Toronto I was ready to kill him. I have no idea how I'm going to make it through this car ride to Missisauga today. I'm just going to bring my walkman and not say a word. But this rant if for another post.

Once we got down to Toronto I avoided Crazy McCrazy at all causts, and desided to play with the little cuzens, a-la the Wii, Nerf Guns, trambompaline, and drumbs. It was most awesome. Then we did this secoret santa thing. I gots a blanket. Awe Yeah! And then food time! Everything was so good, I wish I had 5 stummics to eat it all. Then we all went to the kids table to have awesome family chats, which we excluded Crazy McCrazy. We didn't even know we were doing it untill I was like "This is awesome! We're coming together like a family and just talking about nothing speciel....the true meaning of Christmas....but how is this posible? Oh yeah, Crazy McCrazy is sitting over there away from us!" And then back to Barrie we had to leave since Crazy McCrazy couldn't stand being excuded and had to drag Shane and I away from having a good time if he couldn't. And that was my Christmas.

Then yesterday I visited with Ashely for the morning, then Shane and I hit up the Malls to pick up the few gifts we didn't get for Christmas. I only could fine 'Amiele' and "Black Water Park". At HMV I found the substitute CD for the Boxset I wanted, but aparintly they were out of stalk, which saddened me grately. Then I just kind of tagged along with my brother as we hit up all other kinds of places for his stuff. I couldn't think of anything else I wanted outside of 'Englorious Basterds' (but I'm not spendig 28 bucks on it) Monster's Vs Aliens (but 'm not spending 28 bucks on it eiher) and Guitar Hero 5 (but I'm not spending 69 bucks on that one). Then after doing laundry Britt wanted outside so we walked the water front and she got me a Dr. Who book I already had. But oh well. And all I gots. Today I'm heading to Missisauga to visit the Sciarillos. I'm going to do my best not to Kill Crazy McCrazy, but I'm not making any promises.

friends, movie, family, christmas
