...and that, Machiavelli, is the ture meaning of Christmas

Well thats another Christmas come and gone. Are we any more wiser? Any more warmer? I supose. Well, I supose I should write out the happinings of my Christmas adventures. Here it goes!

So I supose my Christmas adventure really started on December the 23rd. Stephanie and myself spent the intier day watching Doctor who, becuase we are just that awesome. Man, that was alot of Doctor who, but oh so worth it. I got a scarf that was 1/2 the size of the real Doctor Who Scarf she has. She also made me a sock monkey with matching scarf. AND! She got me 'Amarican Gods' a book by a shaired favourit writer Neil Gaiman. I felt bad for only making her a mix CD with songs I thought she may enjoy. With home made box. I know: spiffy.

Then on Christmas eve I accompanied my father on his energy odits. I enjoy it for two reasons: 1) ROAD TRIP! B).....wait, no....2) while my dad is doing his odits I get to sit in the car, listen to music and read. Yay! Although on this day, since it was so worm out people were getting stuck around where my dad had parked. So one lady got stuck and I help get her unstuck. Thats just how I roll.

So after getting a card for Myron, and making my brother get a present for his secoret santa family membor, I picked up my grandmother and headed off to the Crock 'n Block for my usual Christmas Eve dinner. Yummm and Yummm. Then we came back here, my grandmother, Dad, Ann, Shane, my unkle Rob, and myself, to open presents. I got 'Horten here's a who' from my brother, socks from Ann, Natural Born Killers from my Dad, and 'This is Spinal Tapp' from my Grandmother. Good times. Then my dad drove my grandmother and unkle home, and then picked up Ann and the two of them left mybrother and myself alome for the night.

So then on Christmas Day I woke up on my half deflaghted air matriss and then proceeded to try and wake my brother so we could go to my mothers house. After that was acomplished we headed over to my mom's where Myron was there. He got a day pass out of the Asylum. Aparintly, everyone in there is crazy. I know.....I know. So then we had coffee....or a feble excuss for coffee, and we opened more presents. I got an old pink panther movie, a Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon mug and sweatshirt, chocolates, and Wii Music from my mom and Myron, and Opeths 'The Roundhouse Tapes' from 'Santa'. We all had a good laugh. Then my brother went to sleep and we watched 'The grinch who stole christmas.'

After that Shane and I drove down to Toronto to visit my moms family. My cusens had Rockband, so of course, we spend most of our time playing that. I am a God at singing. I don't know why, but No matter how I sing, I can hit the notes. But I also played a mean gitar and an adiquit drums. Then there was more present time. I got the Second and forth books from the Twilight book. Yay? The fist book really didn't do anything for me. Maybe these will. Oh I also kept getting money from peoples. So even though there was a large gap on things that I wanted and things I got, I could still redeem it through the moneys I got.

So after an amasing Christmas dinner, I drove my grampa to his condo and spent the night there for tomorow, it was time for the Trans-Sibiran Orcistra. That's right Christmas just kept on going. So then on Boxing day, I got up and drove back to my Aunt's place where my brother had spent the night. He was awoken by my Cusen's drumming. Then my father came to pick us up with Ann, but they were invited in for a while. It was neat that my dad got to visit with my Aunt and Unkle since he hasen't seen them for a long while. Good times had by all. The we were off to HMV down town Toronto. Oh Joy for me!

So, I got Jordan Rudess, who is the lead keybordist on Dream Theater, his CD 'The Road Home', Van Der Graaf Generator's live album 'Real Time', two Porcupine CDs: ' Signify' and 'The Sky Moves Sideways', AND! The first Marillion DVD which includes all the songs from 'Scrip for a Jester's tear' including Grendal, the 20+ minute song never released outside of the EP. I couldn't find Repo! The Genetic opera, but I did find 'Repo Man' soundtrack. I almost cryed at the atrostity of it all. Also, no doctor who albums. Amazon, here I come!

Then over to 'The world's Biggist Bookstore' where I found 'The Ultimit Sandman Anthologie' in four parts. Oh dear God it was sooooooo pritty. I picked up the first, but I knew there was no way I was going to carry all four home with me. The teller who was by me is very dangerouse. She convinced me to buy one, which set off the dominos to fall. So I got the first Volume, and left the other three behind. Then I found a Doctor Who book display and since they were all in hard cover, all hard covers are 30% off. So I ended up spending less then the origanal price for the 'Sandman' book. Then off to the ACC for the Trans-Sibiraian Orchistra.

Man, what a show! Just as good as last year. It would have been better if the Red Lights wern't so blinding. My eyes still hurt slightly. But still.....MAN! Those guys sure can play. I cant wait untill their next CD. Basicly just read my post about them last year, just awesomer.

Then today! Oh yes, the fun still does not end for I still had a bit of money left over to be spent. So what did I do? Got Alexei and whent to Chapters to pick up the three volumes I was missing in Sandman. Although we had to drive to Newmarket for the fourth, since all of Barrie and a good chunck of everywhere else was out. And with 30% off, how could you lose? A Graphic Novel searies written by Niel Gaiman? Sold! So after I get a t-shirt from XKCD, Repo! and the Doctor Who soundtracks, I'm not buying anything untill next year.......ok, my Birthday. Lets be a bit on the reasanable side here.

And that brings me to this. I'll stop now.  I'm sure alot of sentenses didn't make sence since I'm writing this at 2433. I'm off to bed.

music, concert, trans-sibirian orchistra, family, christmas, books
