[There's not a whole lot one god without her powers can do in this situation. But Okami Amaterasu is not the type to sit back and wait for other people to defend the innocent--and she's sure that at least some of the people trapped in this town count as the innocent. She decides that it's on her to do what she can do.
So it is that she winds up out on the streets, prowling through town, a small radio in her mouth. She's decided to start by searching for the source of that creepy song. It's making people uneasy; maybe it's a type of curse? When she finds it, she decides, she'll purify it. Even if by "purify" she just means "bite." Then the people of the town can start feeling better.
It's not easy, though. She's still not used to these new methods of communication in the first place. She figures that as she gets near the source of the signal, the noise coming out of the radio will get louder and clearer--but no matter where she goes, that doesn't seem to be happening.]
