[Trisha's PCD is sitting on the table a few feet away and she can be seen sweeping up the room casually. There are dark bags under her eyes and she looks a bit pale, but other than that there isn't anything majorly off about her. Elric-san, people are hallucinating because of lack of sleep. It is, unfortunately, quite a common symptom.
