[Still recovering from her Maes surprise, she smiles faintly at the fairly familiar face.] Yes. ...Lieutenant Hawkeye? Is that you?

[Smiles gently. She knows how suddenly appearing in this world can shake a person.]

Yes, it's me. But for safety reasons, may I quickly ask how we met?

[Especially if you reunite with your late-husband!]

Safety reasons? Alright. I understand.

Um...let me see... I think... I believe Maes introduced you to me once when I brought him lunch. I... [She smiles a little with embarrassment] I think I asked if you were the Colonel's girlfriend.

[Riza blushes slightly after the anecdote, but smiles to cover it up.]

Yes, that was an interesting day.

I hope Maes has contacted you?

It was. Maybe we can have you over sometime for dinner, Lieutenant. Is the Colonel here as well?

Yes...He has.

I'm sure that will be inevitable. We're all living together currently. The Colonel is also here, yes.

That is good. I'm very happy for you.

Oh? All of us are together in the same house? That sounds nice and cozy.

Thank you.

It is cozy. But I will warn you that normal household items are a bit...different this week. I wouldn't look in the cupboards any time soon.

Oh? Um, alright. Thank you. I will stay away from the kitchen for the time, then. Does this sort of thing happen often?

Every couple of weeks, we have what we call "events." They're always different, but we learn to adapt. This week it looks like lifeless objects are suddenly moving about freely.

I see. Well, it certainly sounds like an interesting place!
How have the events been treating my family?

It is.

I've only recently arrived, so I can't say exactly how your family has handled them. But a couple weeks ago, the city turned into a beach and they enjoyed it very much.

How long have you been here?
I hope Maes has pictures of that! I'm sure they had lots of fun. At least all the events don't sound too bad!

I arrived about a month and a half ago.

Knowing Maes, he took more pictures than he knows what to do with.

I see. So not too long. I suppose others have been here...years?

[Giggles] Knowing my husband, he knows exactly what to do with those photos! If you haven't already, Lieutenant, I'm sure you'll get a show sooner or later! I will be very surprised if our house isn't wallpapered with my daughter's image, at the rate he takes photos.
