And for those I owe tags too, I plan to do them tomorrow <3 I get off earlier than usual, so I will have time. This post was long overdue and I needed to get it posted asap.]]
[The PCD has spilled out of a handbag onto the sidewalk in front of a downtown storefront window. From outside the window, the video feed displays a TV repair-shop, front window filled with TVs of varying screen-sizes and makes and models (dating as far back as the old black and white bunny ears, to the bulky pre-flatscreen modern ones). These television sets never worked before, or none had power, at least, with which to work, but now each one is playing, in eerie Twilight Zone endless repetition, the soundless and static-filled loop of Maes' death in Episode 25 of FullMetal Alchemist.
Brief static. Maes turns towards us, surprised. The camera pans up to reveal Envy (formerly in the guise of Lt Ross) transforming into an exact likeness of Gracia Hughes. She raises the gun in her hand and fires. Maes falls just as the Gracia doppelganger turns and coldly leaves.
Repeat.
Near the PCD, the sound of someone crying.
