Amaterasu is wandering around the castle now, sniffing around and exploring curiously.  To the average person, she looks like a simple white wolf, but to those with true faith, her power is visible...

Her tail's wagging contently, and she's enjoying exploring the castle... care to approach?

OMG A PUPPY.

The white fur threw Kevin off at first (he was much more used to the brown variety), but he knew a wolf when he saw one. PUPPY.

Despite his first instinct, which was to run up and give it a huge hug, Kevin hung back and watched it for a minute to see if it was safe to approach.

Catching his scent, Ammy looked at the source, and noticed Kevin. She didn't move, but she wagged her tail a little faster in greeting.

And that was exactly the signal Kevin was looking for! He rushed over to the white wolf and plopped down in front of it.

"Hi." He said, grinning.

"Arf!" Ammy barked in greeting, wagging her tail at the stranger, panting contently.

Now that he was completely sure that this other wolf was friendly, Kevin reached out and gave it a nice scratch behind the left ear. That was always Karl's favorite spot.

"My name Kevin. What yours?" He asked... even though he knew full well that he wouldn't be able to understand if the wolf answered.

"Hnnnnnnnnn~♥" Amaterasu moaned contently, leaning into the touch.

Aha! Kevin knew that would work. Not only was it Karl's favorite spot, it was his, too! He tried to think of some other places that Karl always liked to be scratched.

"You like tummy rubs, too?" He asked the wolf.

The words clicked, and Ammy rolled onto her back, panting eagerly.

Well, this was just making Kevin's day. He had never expected to run into another wolf as friendly as Karl, and especially not one with all the same favorite spots! He reached out to pet the wolf again when something... different caught his eye.

"Oh!" He gasped. "You are a girl?"

"Aroo?" Ammy quirked when Kevin stopped rubbing her belly. She rolled onto her side, looking questioningly at Kevin.

"Oh, it not a bad thing!" Kevin insisted, worried that he might have offended her somehow. He "I had friend before, like you! But he was a boy. And brown, not white."
