So the combination of running more, eating better/less and biking more has resulted in dropping of pounds and a slimming of the annoying bits that were too big. I put on a pair of pants yesterday that are usually too tight and they fit a lot better. I also tried on one of the really skinny shirts my mom gave me for christmas, the ones that usually ride up as soon as I move, and it stayed down mostly. Yay!
I'm down from about 198 in clothes and no shoes, to about 193 in clothes and new shoes. Of course this fluctuates throughout the day depending on what i've eaten, how much water I've had, etc. But it means that I'm slowly but surely getting skinnier. If I can drop and stay below 190 that'll make me happy. However, that's just a number, and if I build more muscle then I'll be heavier. I'd love to have an insane strength/weight ratio. I also need to max out soon to get a baseline on my big lifts so that I can re-tweak my workouts.
