(None of this artwork in the icons is mine, by the way. My lovely friends did them for me. ♥)

Tuyen Phan (19): notapanacea
Tuyen is a water manipulator and all-around optimist - though the latter is more to be contrary than anything. Currently attends a military academy, and is generally considered by the world at large to be a valuable commodity at best and an abomination at worst. A knight commonly mistaken as a princess.

Catalin (Cat) Kasshen (18): oh_fortheloveof
Cat lived a charmed life as a wealthy aristocrat until he was three, when his cousin went and martyred herself and left him to deal with her mess. He served as an Imperial slave for the next fifteen years - until he was thrown out a window and into a revolution, that is.

Christopher (Chris) Turner (19): cougarswlecome
Chris' life can charitably be described as a "mixed bag." He was chosen for the prestigious job in the Empress' personal guard, true... but he was also handpicked by the man whose betrayal lead to the downfall of their country, which did wonders for Chris' reputation. He likes to think he takes it in stride, though.

William (Liam) Lockhart (14): thehangingking
Liam would much rather be the Invisible Man than Alice in Wonderland. He doesn't like to use the word "crazy," but what else do you call it when you can see doors no one else can? He's learned to hide it well, at least: he's perfected his role as the quiet, cheerful listening ear for his loving, type-A family.

Thomas (Thom) Lockhart (18): immadoctorjim
Thom is a(n overly) devoted big brother, a supposed juvenile delinquent (unfairly based on that one time when he was eleven and he punched a first grader in the face,) and an Ivy League-hopeful aspiring to become a surgeon. Not necessarily in that order, though.

Mary Fuller (appears to be 16, real age unknown): chessmistress
An immortal grandmaster acting as the Queen in her own chess game, Mary is playing with some handicaps: she's playing black instead of white, and she starts her game with only a King (Liam) and a Knight (Thom.) It doesn't matter much to her, though. Her opponent needed the head-start, anyway.

I MAY DO MORE. There are a lot. ;;
