[Oh. Crap. He rips the picture of himself as a kid giving another boy a kiss, shoving it in his pocket. He looks around, pushing his glasses up.]

[That was close. But then he sees more pictures, so he starts searching around for others that may prove to be embarrassing.]

[ As he rushes around the room to rip off the pictures from the wall, the girl picks up one that fell off his stash and waits for him to notice her, handing it back to him. She didn't take a peek at it, figuring his embarrassment came from the pictures. ]

You, hm, dropped this one.

[verballyderped]

[It'd be hard not to notice her, but he still jumps when he catches her figure on the corner of his eye.]

OH. [He looks down at the picture, taking a second before quickly taking it into his hands.

What does he do?]

Thanks. Uh. [He's torn between playing it cool or going back to ripping off embarrassing pictures.] B-benny, right?

Yeah. [ She nods quietly to him and fidgets with the hem of her shirt. ] And you're Jim, right?

[ She's no fool and she knows he's embarrassed, so she's trying not to look around to give him the time to pick up the photos that are making so aghast. ]

Uh, yeah, that's me. [He pushes his glasses up, deciding to play it cool.] Sorry if... [If what? Not like he's responsible for this. Right?

Awkward adjustment of his attitude.]

So, how are you?

[ She watches him quietly while he speaks, shrugging softly at his questions. ]

I'm okay. [ It's meek, but honest. ] And you?

[verballyderped]

[He scratches his cheek.] Well, uh... Could be better.

[gambletheskill]

[ Not really looking at them, she tilts her head in the direction of the wall. ]

The, hm, pictures? [ A pause. ] I won't look if you don't want to.

[verballyderped]

I, uhm. [Scratches the back of his neck now.] Yeah. That would... be pretty great. If you didn't.

[ She smiles at him and scratches the back of her ear. ]

No problem.

[Phew. At least she's a nice giant.] Thanks. [He sighs, shoving his hands in his pockets, still hoping to dear life that she won't look at the pictures.]

So, uh. No pictures of your own?

[gambletheskill]

[ She shrugs. There were pictures, of course, but she doesn't feel comfortable in showing them, just like he hadn't. ]

Nothing special.

[verballyderped]

Oh--weu. [Sighs.] Suppose that's for the best.

[gambletheskill]

[ She nods in agreement. ]

It's not very nice, doing that. Exposing out lives. Do you think someone's doing this?

Gotta be. [pushes up his glasses] I mean, who would... pick up all this stuff otherwise?
