That's because most people live in the moment and move from one to the next, over and over again. When you've been around as long as I have, your perspective changes. Or can.
It is the natural order of things. Things end, begin again and have their time in between. Perhaps those that see shorter cycles should simply learn to savor what they have. Though I am not one to judge.
