Haven't really updated in a good long while...

I feel the need to blindly summarize so here goes. I had a lot of tuna yesterday, probably more than I've had all year. My mom has been on a cooking binge recently, since we both have gotten over this crazy stomach thing we had, and she's been making a lot of stuff. Most of it is good. Some of it is questionable. Anyway, she made tuna helper. A LOT of tuna helper. She made it at ten in the morning right before I was about to leave for school. I intended to take it with me to school, but when it was finished and I had put it into a container she proceeded to stare at me until I tried some, and once I did, she proceeded to stare at me some more until I tried some more...so I ended up finishing what I was intending to take to school. "So take some more for lunch," she says...and I do...and I eat it for lunch. That is more tuna that I have eaten in a year...which says great things about my tuna eating habits, but I'm not that big a fan, y'know? Anyway...that was yesterday. Today, she tells me to try these strange pasta wraps things with chicken inside. Sounds good, right? But they're microwavable and the directions are intended for the whole package of like ten, and I only wanted two, but the minute difference escaped me when I stuck the things in the microwave - so what I ended up with were slightly charred pasta wraps...right. So I threw those out and warmed up some chicken and mac and cheese except after the charred pasta things the microwave kinda smelled questionable, and that smell lent itself to the chicken and so, though I ate it, it was a curious thing that I ate. Anyway. Now I'm drinking this peach tea, and it's nearly orgasmic, I kid you not.

Other than my food escapades, things have been really busy for the third week. I've already had two midterms and two papers...so either it stays steady or I'm gonna have some hardcore fun by the end of this quarter. I don't understand this phenomenon that is Dr. Phil - does anyone else notice that the man essentially says NOTHING on his show...he always says something like "I'll tell you after the break" but I think he operates under the assumption that we're all stupid and we've forgotten by the end of the commercial break that he was going to tell us anything at all, so he doesn't say anything and instead spouts off some generality about life and how parents should be good to their kids....I think this is article-worthy. Wow. The end.
