Weasley Family Barbecue

There had been some conflict over where exactly to hold the barbecue, but the Burrow had won on account of having the largest garden space. It was an obnoxiously sunny day, so some spare sheets had been transfigured into a large white marquee tent with cooling charms, allowing those who wanted to to eat in comfort at the supplied round tables.

Fox is pretty good in social situations but he feels a little overwhelmed. So before he goes to greet Aiden's many, many relatives he takes a moment to have a glass of wine and take a breath. He walks over to the pond and sits on the ground, he looks to see if there are any fish in there.

"You ok?' Aiden asked. He sat next to him.

"Yeah, I'm just taking a minute," he offers Aiden his wine glass. "Want some?"

Aiden takes the wine and takes a sip, "It's a lot, I know.'

"I want them to like me," he admits.

[bigbrotherflint]

He kisses Fox's cheek, "they'll love you. Because I love you."

"I don't think it's that simple but I love you too," he laughed.

Aiden puts his arm around Fox. "I don't mind having you to myself for a while."

"Me either," he puts his head on Aiden's shoulder.

"My Uncle Fred is friends with Delilah Boot, the curse breaker. I think she's here." He said. "Want to meet her?"

"The curse breaker?" he asks. "Right, Auggie mentioned that. Is she here?"

"I think she is. Want to meet her?"

"Uh...yeah! Are you serious?"

"I think you're missing the point of a family barbecue," Jax said.

"I just got here, give me a minute," Fox huffed.

"Why the fuck are you nervous?"
