Whoever reads this .....
I don't know how many people actually read my LJ posts,but I felt the need to say some things about Avatar,The Last Air bender..I've only been a fan for less than a year, my friend got me more involved in this show than I previously was and this is the FIRST fandom I've been in like almost knee deep. I feel like this fandom is more run DOWN by little 15 yr olds who don't really care about the actual show but the "sexy tiemz " than what's actually happening in the show. It almost makes me sick at how violently cruel fans become to one another when you should actually make more friends in a fandom. I didn't realize that there were so many different "ships" and branches of people there are...It's llike " Oh that KATAANGER, said this" or "Oh that ZUTARIAN did this!" it's like we've lost our idenities almost completely because we're classified as "Kataanger,Zutarian,Makio's" ect...
I don't understand it, why can't we just enjoy this beautiful show while it lasts,it's almost over ....lets enjoy while we can..Why this big huge BATTLE of whose ship is going to win..Who REALLY gives a shit? FTS! (fuck that shit) Honestly,why are we behind so many walls...of whose better than who...I would like to say that we're all mature adults here,but that's clearly NOT how this fandom "acts"....
It's getting old ALL ship wars and anything negative coming from that... should just die out...and just,be at peace what "what is " .....Sheesh...
