Just an update
Floor guy is coming on Friday. Wall guy is coming on Monday. Left voice mail with adjuster regarding upholstered furniture and the prospects of cleaning it.
Watched Project Runway last night. I love that show. So much drama it makes my life look boring by comparison. LOL.
Tonight - SUPERNATURAL! And it could NOT come a moment too soon! I need this like I need a glass of Riesling, a handful of chocolate and a...well, I won't go any farther here. Apparently the Male is now perusing my LJ and I don't know how he's going to react to it yet. :o)
Hoping to go to qnotku's house this weekend for some seriously needed downtime. On the other hand, I understand they're having a marathon there this weekend that I have absolutely no interest in, so I might just hang out at home and try to relax on my deck.
You know it's been an interesting day when you've managed to cry not once, but twice, at work. And I don't mean just tearing up either. I mean full-blown, full-tilt sobbing that requires you to go to the bathroom to compose yourself before you can return to your desk. Thank goodness for good friends who have hugs and kleenex boxes and who speak the truth. *sigh* I swear I could easily become an alcoholic some days. Is there a job that pays for that??
I'll end with a quote from my favorite summer intern. He always ends his emails "Peace and love".
