Hooray for the 4th of July…you can shoot me now.
What a weekend. What a mess!
It looked like that this weekend would be a lovely 3 day rest. But alas my father Friday night had to be rushed to the hospital with chest pains. Various tests and drugs followed. There appeared to be no damage to the heart, but right up till the 4th he was in the hospital. They angioplasty and found no blockage, but my father claims to feel better.
Oh, it was my mother’s birthday as well. Lovely, no?
I’m starting to get worried about my job. Not that they’ll let me go, but due to work shortages I’m not getting the hours I need to pay my bills. *sigh*
So, life eh?
