Classical Musical Form
Man, using form from the Classical era sure does pad the length of music!
The first movement of my contrabassoon concerto tops out at about 8 minutes, and it feels like there isn't nearly that much material in it. Guess that's what happens when I use the textbook first-movement-concerto form.
