Listen up. Torn and I are working on what to do with Errol, but there's more than one crazy running around this place and we've only got so many hours in a day.
Kill Razor and Samus have a list of known threats here and here; we need those dealt with.
There've been a couple of people who have gone up against Nightmare and so far no one's been able to take him down. If you go after him, make sure you don't go alone, you keep in touch, and you take back up. Let's learn from my stupid mistakes. You're more valuable to the city in one piece.
Don't forget to swing in and take a turn watching the cells and patrol populated areas. If we can get a lull, it might be worth clearing out some more of these buildings the way the force used to, but for now, protecting the citizens and eliminating known threats is priority one.

Is anyone working on gathering information for newcomers? If we keep getting influxes like that last one, we're going to need more housing soon.
