Hello GB people, I'm Cee and today I bring you Himari Takakura from Mawaru Penguindrum. She's sort of alive, but I won't tred into spoilerfic zone for those who haven't watched the anime yet. Basically, Himari is a mild and polite girl who loves her brothers very very much but she has a very old woman essence to her AND WHO KNOWS THE REASONS. Well, I have a few theories but nevermind that now.
